Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management
- Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in manual bakery operations
- Working video is mandatory
- Good English / Arabic communication skills
- Strong knowledge of bakery production and quality standards
- Ability to supervise bakery staff and daily operations
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervising daily manual bakery production operations
- Monitoring preparation of bakery products as per company standards
- Managing bakery staff and shift coordination
- Ensuring product quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Handling inventory and bakery production planning
- Training staff on bakery procedures and quality control
- Maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency in bakery section
