Manual Bakery Supervisor

Location: Oman
Salary: OMR 200
Duty: 10 (9+1) Hrs / 6 Days

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management
  • Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in manual bakery operations
  • Working video is mandatory
  • Good English / Arabic communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of bakery production and quality standards
  • Ability to supervise bakery staff and daily operations

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supervising daily manual bakery production operations
  • Monitoring preparation of bakery products as per company standards
  • Managing bakery staff and shift coordination
  • Ensuring product quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
  • Handling inventory and bakery production planning
  • Training staff on bakery procedures and quality control
  • Maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency in bakery section
