Job Summary:
We are urgently hiring an experienced Nurse Educator to train nurses for various exams conducted by Government Hospitals in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a strong clinical background, proven teaching skills, and excellent English communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure training programs meet professional and regulatory standards.
- Conduct training sessions for nurses preparing for government hospital examinations.
- Develop and deliver lesson plans, training modules, and assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedbackMaintain up-to-date .knowledge of nursing best practices and examination requirements.
Requirements:
- Ability to train and mentor nurses effectively
- Masters in Nursing with minimum 3 years of clinical experience and at least 1 year as Nurse Educator OR
- Bachelors in Nursing with minimum 5 years of clinical experience and at least 2 years as Nurse Educator
- Data Flow certification (mandatory)
- Strong English communication skills
