Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle online order processing across e-commerce platforms.
- Verify customer orders, product availability, and pricing.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for order picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure timely order updates and resolve processing errors.
- Maintain accurate records of daily orders and transactions.
- Provide customer support for order-related queries when required.
Requirements
- Qualification: Any Degree
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in online order processing / e-commerce in India
- Skills: Good English communication
