Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in daily bakery and pastry operations.
- Supervise Commis staff and ensure consistency in product quality.
- Implement recipes and maintain presentation standards.
- Monitor kitchen hygiene and safety compliance.
- Support inventory management and order supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in a similar position.
- Good command of English.
- Smart, hardworking, and team-oriented.
