Sous Chef – Pastry and Bakery

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in daily bakery and pastry operations.
  • Supervise Commis staff and ensure consistency in product quality.
  • Implement recipes and maintain presentation standards.
  • Monitor kitchen hygiene and safety compliance.
  • Support inventory management and order supplies as needed.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in a similar position.
  • Good command of English.
  • Smart, hardworking, and team-oriented.
