Requirements:
- Any qualification / Hotel Management preferred
- Minimum 1 year of Casual / Fine Dining / QSR experience in India
- Good customer handling skills
- Good English communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Taking customer orders and serving food & beverages
- Ensuring excellent customer service during dining
- Coordinating with kitchen and service teams
- Maintaining cleanliness of dining area
- Handling guest requests professionally
- Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout service
